Prime Heritage Management (PHM) was founded in May 2006, with its main office located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.The company is quite unique as it is formed by UUM MBA graduates in Kota Kinabalu. The founding of Prime Heritage Management came with the realization that education and training sector
is a very good opportunity that have not been fully-tapped by the people in Sabah, especially the Bumiputera.
The objectives of the formation of the company are as follows:
1.To act as marketing agent for UUM products especially education and training programs organize by Executive Development Centre (EDC-UUM)
2.To create a smart partnership with UUM in order to develop the human capital.
3.To act as a medium for employees who previously unable to further their studies, to gain extra knowledge and qualification.
4.To introduce the entrepreneurship spirit to Malaysian by exposing them to opportunities, skills and knowledge needed in business.
5.To share expertise and knowledge with academicians, professionals and entrepreneurs.
The company changed its name to Progressive Heritage Management Sdn Bhd (PHMSB) on 11th June 2007,as an effort to strengthen and expand its business.A wholly bumiputera-owned company, PHMSB continues to focus on the development of the human capital and business sectors. In order to achieve this agenda, we provide continuous learning opportunities for working adults in Malaysia. Starting out with one executive diploma programme in Kota Kinabalu,the company is
expanding its business by offering six (6) executive diploma programmes and a master programme (Master of Business Administration) in our nine (10) learning centres throughout the country.Our learning centres are situated in Kota Kinabalu, Lahad Datu, Tawau, Sandakan, Klang, Labuan, Keningau, Melaka, Kuching and Johor Bahru. At present, PHMSB has more than 800 active students studying in these centres, with 35 staffs overseeing its operation, marketing and administrative work.
All of our associates are university graduates and have wide experiences in government and corporate sectors.As our vision is to be the leading life-long learning education provider in the country, we would also co-operate with other parties that would be relevant to the needs of our clients.
In 2010, PHM Borneo Education Sdn Bhd was formed to create a smart partnership with AsiaeUniversity (AeU) in order to caterthe needs for executive programs among the private sector employees. This is followed by the creation of PHM Educare Sdn Bhd. At present, PHM Educare Sdn Bhd collaborates with IIUM Centre for Continuing Education (ICCE) by conducting Executive Bachelor in Business Management (EBBM) program in Kota Kinabalu.The incorporation of these three subsidiaries (including PHM Training & Consultancy Sdn Bhd) created PHM Education Group, a brand to be positioned to the public,
as a main education and training provider in this country.
